James Mylenek Sr.
My life’s work has been devoted to understanding the deeper dimensions of human existence, spiritual growth, the nature of consciousness, and the profound mystery of what lies beyond death.
As a television producer, I had the privilege of working alongside some of the most respected voices in modern spiritual thought, including Eckhart Tolle, Ram Dass, and Michael Singer. I learned a lot about consciousness and I aquired a different perspective of what this life is about.
Personal experience has deepened my interest in ways no book alone could. Having accompanied three beloved family members through their final days, I carry a profound and tender understanding of what it means to face the threshold of death and what may await us beyond it. This experience naturally led me toward a focused study of Near-Death Experiences (NDEs) and Out-of-Body Experiences (OBEs).
My studies have led me to pioneering thinkers such as Robert Monroe, Thomas Campbell, Darius J. Wright, William Buhlman, Christian Sundberg, and many others. From these rich and varied teachings, I distilled a foundational framework I call The Human Experience, a living document that evolves as credible new knowledge emerges.
My latest book, Know Death, is the culmination of years of research, honest reflection, and direct personal exploration. It is written not from a place of theory alone, but from genuine seeking.
My mission is clear: to help ease the fear of death by illuminating what we are learning about the continuation of consciousness and to offer comfort, clarity, and hope to every person navigating this remarkable human journey.
I believe we grow best in community. I warmly invite like-minded explorers to join this conversation, to share, question, and discover together what it truly means to be human.
